Calibration of measuring sections
Sensor calibration verifies the precision and accuracy of the equipment. Our SERVICE technicians ensure that the autoclave is operating correctly and delivering the required performance.

Installation Qualification (IQ)
Installation Qualification (IQ) assesses the suitability of the installation site, the physical characteristics of the autoclave and the completeness of the documentation.

Operational Qualification (OQ)
To ensure safe and sterile results, an empty-chamber profile is carried out using data loggers. Operational Qualification (OQ) ensures that the equipment and systems meet the requirements defined during Design Qualification. Tests are carried out to confirm that the equipment is functioning correctly.

Performance Qualification (PQ)
Performance Qualification (PQ) ensures that the autoclave delivers the required sterilisation performance in day-to-day operation and guarantees the long-term safety and quality of sterilised products.
To guarantee safe and sterile results, your autoclave must comply with standards (such as EN 285 and ISO 17665). We regularly validate autoclaves to ensure reliable sterilisation within the defined parameters. Tests are carried out using calibrated data loggers on the product, and the sterilisation process is certified.

Maintenance
We offer brand-independent maintenance services for autoclaves, based on a checklist, for units with a pressure-litre rating of up to 1,000 barL.

Periodic inspections
The periodic inspections required under the BetrSichV are carried out by our qualified staff and include external and internal inspections as well as a pressure test.

Control areas
Our service technicians also carry out service work in control areas, including biosafety, genetic safety, cleanroom and radiation protection areas.

Competent and reliable
Our service technicians guarantee 100% reliable execution of all tasks. An extended warranty is available if the prescribed maintenance is carried out by our after-sales service.

APAVE support
For an additional charge, we offer comprehensive support for compliance with French regulations on pressure equipment (APAVE). Our service includes the preparation, support and follow-up of legally required inspections, as well as verification of compliance with the requirements of the Environmental Code and Directive 2014/68/EU on pressure equipment.

All our service technicians are ‘qualified persons in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive’. We are at your disposal not only for these services, but also to offer you other bespoke services.
